WHO WE NEED
We need Real Families who identify as Latinx, Hispanic, and or Native for a photoshoot for Walgreens. We need families with:
Two parents (at least one who identifies as Hispanic/Latinx/Native)
At least one child under 18
Bonus: Other family members over 30. Aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc. Any ethnicity.
We are hoping to cast extended families, so please include as many family members as possible!
You don’t need any professional modeling experience to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction.

PROJECT INFORMATION
ADVERTISER: Walgreens
TYPE: Commercial photoshoot
SUMMARY: People engaging with Walgreens products and doing health & wellness activities.
UNION STATUS: Non-Union
PHOTOGRAPHER: Charles Gullung (do not contact)
PRODUCER: Michelle Boucher (do not contact)
SHOOT LOCATION: Portland, OR area. We are only hiring talent who live in Oregon or Washington for this project. We will not hire anyone who needs to fly in for the shoot (no exceptions).
If your home is located in/near Portland and is available as a shooting location, we may photograph you there for additional pay (not required).
DATES: Please do not apply if you cannot accommodate the dates listed below as needed. Your family should be flexible enough to clear an entire shoot day with just a few days notice. Please do not request work off or clear your schedule unless asked to do so.
AUDITIONS: No in-person auditions. Please submit your application using the link below.
FITTING: If hired, you will be needed for a zoom appointment to determine your wardrobe, between Mon 6/21 - Wed 6/23.
SHOOT DATES: Thu 7/15 & Fri 7/16. If hired, you’d work 1-2 days, to be determined by the client. Please do not apply if you have any conflicts you could not rearrange on these dates.
PAY IF HIRED:
Adults: $2000/day
Kids (under 18): $1000/day
Extras: $750/day
Wardrobe Fitting: $150/hr (up to 3 hours)
Optional
Pets: $300 if your pets are used in the shoot
Locations: $1500 if your home is used in the shoot (paid to the owner). We may need to visit your home for scouting before the shoot. Location pay includes scouting time.
Lodging/mileage reimbursement available if needed (for OR/WA residents who live outside the Portland area).
Pay includes your hours worked and the usage of your image by the advertiser.
Talent agents: 20% agency fee available on all rates.
USAGE/LENGTH: 5 years. Unlimited use in all media (Use in broadcast shall be limited to use as background collateral in anything shot in a Walgreen's store) including but not limited to, all print media, OOH, in‐store, industrial, collateral, direct mail, digital/social, worldwide web and any other media, on all images and footage captured and derivatives thereof.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must live in Oregon or Washington and be legally eligible to work in the US. Minors must be able to provide a birth certificate or passport. Must comply with COVID19 protocols.
COVID19 CONSIDERATIONS: Please only apply if you would feel safe working during COVID19 given the information below.
The casting process will be 100% remote. There will be no in-person auditions or callbacks. On set, you will sometimes be asked to remove your mask, for active photography and makeup application.
If you are selected for this project, we will share a comprehensive list of on-set COVID19 protocols that you can review before accepting the gig. All CDC and Oregon State production protocols will be followed.
All talent who are not fully vaccinated will be tested for COVID19 before the shoot (at no cost to you). Hiring is contingent upon negative test results.
CASTING PROCESS

You will be asked to upload photos and answer some questions about your family. Please gather the following photos in advance (cell phone shots are fine).

Photos of other family members (aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc) if they are available
Photos of your home if it is available as a shooting location (1 exterior, 1-2 interior)
Photos of your pets, if they are available
Please upload as many photos as possible! The more photos, the better your chances of being hired!
