WHO WE NEED
We need real people based in Los Angeles for a photoshoot for Zillow.
We’re looking for:
Real Families: with (2) parents and (2 or more) kids under age 12. We will cast 2 kids total.
Queer Couples: we’re especially interested in couples with two female and/or non-binary partners, but we’re open to all genders
Senior Men: age 55+
You must live in the Los Angeles area to apply. Talent age 18+ must be fully vaccinated (pending medical/religious exemptions) to be hired.
No professional acting/modeling experience is needed to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction.

SHOOT LOCATION: Los Angeles, California
We are only considering talent who live in the Los Angeles area. We do not hire talent who would need to fly in for the shoot.
SHOOT DATES: Wed 3/9-Fri 3/11 (1-2 days, TBD). Fitting Tue 3/8.
Please do not apply if you have any immovable conflicts on the dates listed (going out of town, etc). Your schedule should be flexible enough to work any dates during this range as needed. Please do not request work off or clear your schedule unless requested to do so via email (we will give you as much notice as possible).
PAY IF HIRED:
ADULTS: $3500 for one day, including the usage. Additional $500 for a second day, if needed.
KIDS: $2000 for one day, including the usage. Additional $500 for a second day, if needed.
FITTING: $150
OPTION for an additional $3500/adult or $2000/kid, if the client decides to extend the usage terms (not guaranteed).
Pay includes your hours worked and the usage of your image by the advertiser.
TRAVEL TERMS: None. You must live in the Los Angeles area and work as a local.
USAGE: 5 years. North America, all media excluding broadcast. Worldwide for web. Non-exclusive.
REPRESENTED TALENT: If you have a talent agent, the pay rates + usage terms will be different. Please see Casting Networks or your agent for confirmed rates.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must live in Los Angeles. and be legally eligible to work in the US. Must comply with all COVID19 protocols. Talent age 5+ must be fully vaccinated, pending medical/religious exemptions. Minors must be over 1 year old and be eligible for a work permit.
COVID19 CONSIDERATIONS: The casting process will be 100% remote. There will be no in-person auditions or callbacks. Please only apply if you would feel safe working during COVID19 given the information below. Please note these policies are determined by the production company, who is the official employer.
All cast + crew age 5+ must be fully vaccinated (in order to be hired, pending medical/religious exemptions.
All cast + crew must test negative for COVID19 before the shoot (at no cost to you).
Note that as on-camera talent, you will sometimes be asked to remove your mask, for active photography and makeup application. You may be in a group scene.
HOW TO APPLY
To submit for this project you will need the following materials. Cell phone shots are fine!
Families: (3-5) Family photos with all parents + kids who are applying, (1) Couple photo of both parents, (1) Recent photo of each family member, (1) Photo of your dog if you have one available for the shoot.
Couples: (3-5) Couple photos, (1) selfie and (1) full body shot of each partner, (1) Photo of your dog if you have one available for the shoot.
Seniors: (1) Headshot, (1) Selfie, (1) Full body picture, (3-5) Photos from your acting/modeling portfolio. (1) Photo of your dog if you have one available for the shoot.
