WHO WE NEED
We need folks who love one of more of the following sports for a photoshoot for Wahoo Fitness:
Cycling: we’re looking for serious road cyclists who regularly train for racing and/or endurance riding. You don’t have to be pro, but you should have excellent form and ride 100+ miles/week. All body types, genders, and ethncities. Must be 18+ and live in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
Strength Training / Weight Lifting: We’re looking for people who have a passion for training and/or lifting. You don’t have to be an expert but should be confident in your form + consider yourself intermediate or above. All body types, genders, and ethncities. Must be 18+ and live in Oregon or Washinton.
Yoga: we’re looking for folks who have a passion for yoga. You don’t have to be an expert but should practice regularly + consider yourself intermediate or above. All body types, genders, and ethncities. Must be 18+ and live in Oregon or Washinton.
You don’t need any professional modeling experience to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction.

PROJECT INFORMATION
ADVERTISER: Wahoo Fitness
TYPE: Commercial photoshoot
UNION STATUS: Non-Union
PRODUCER: Amber Geiger (do not contact)
SHOOT LOCATION: Portland, Oregon area. Cyclists, if you live outside of OR/WA, you must be eligible to travel per airline COVID restrictions.
DATES: August 2nd-14th. If hired you’d be needed for 1-2 days, TBD.
Please do not apply if you have any immovable conflicts on the dates listed. Your schedule should be flexible enough to work any dates during this range as needed. Please do not request work off or clear your schedule unless requested to do so via email (we will give you as much notice as possible).
PAY IF HIRED: $1250 per day for 1-2 days (TBD).
Pay includes your hours worked and the usage of your image by the advertiser.
Talent agents: 20% agency fee available on all rates.
USAGE: 2 years, full buyout, all media.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18+ and be legally eligible to work in the US. Must comply with all COVID19 protocols. If traveling from outside Oregon/Washington, you must be eligible to fly per airline COVOD19 requirements.
COVID19 CONSIDERATIONS: Please only apply if you would feel safe working during COVID19 given the information below.
The casting process will be 100% remote. There will be no in-person auditions or callbacks. Production will follow all CDC and OMPA guidelines
All cast + crew will be tested for COVID19 before the shoot (at no cost to you). Hiring is contingent upon negative test results.
Note that as models, you will sometimes be asked to remove your mask, for active photography and makeup application. You may be in a group scene with up to 1 other model
REQUIRED MATERIALS
Photos: You will need the following photos to apply:
(1) Headshot. Professional photo not required. A nice quality recent photo of you is fine. No hats, sunglasses, or filters. Color photo please.
(1) Selfie from today. Please see below for framing reference. No hats, glasses, or filters.
(1) Full Body Photo. Form-fitting athletic clothing with short bottoms.
Yoga/Training
(3) Fitness photos of you doing your sport.
(3) Casual snapshots from your daily life.
Cyclists:
(5) Cycling photos. Photo of you riding. Road racing photos preferred.
Photo of your bike(s). Please include 1 photo of each of your road/racing bikes that you train with.

Please fill out as much information as possible in the “Apparel” section of your casting form. You’ll need to click “Measurements” and “W apparel” or “M apparel” to expand those sections.
DEADLINE TO APPLY: We are accepting applications on a rolling basis but please apply within 24 hours of receiving this casting notice for priority consideration. Decisions will be very quick!
