WHO WE NEED
We need individuals for a photoshoot for Oracle.
Qualifications: We’re looking for people of all genders age 25-60 who live in Oregon or Washington.
All identities welcome. You should be comfortable in front of a camera and good at taking direction (no professional modeling experience required).
Bonus Points (Not Required): We’re especially interested in people who fit the above criteria who also identify as one or more of the following:
Latinx/Hispanic
East or Southeast Asian
South Asian (India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan)
Disabled (physical, intellectual, and/or developmental disabilities)
Deaf or Hard of Hearing

PROJECT INFORMATION
ADVERTISER: Oracle
TYPE: Commercial photoshoot
SUMMARY: People in home and business settings, using cloud computing technology.
UNION STATUS: Non-Union
PHOTOGRAPHER: Clayton Cotterol (do not contact)
PRODUCTION COMPANY: Revery (do not contact)
PRODUCERS: Sarah Gersbach & Megan Ubovich (do not contact)
SHOOT LOCATION: Portland, OR area. We are only hiring talent who live in Oregon or Washington for this project. We will not hire anyone who needs to fly in for the shoot (no exceptions).
DATES: Please do not submit if you have any immovable conflicts on the dates listed below.
WARDROBE FITTING: FITTING: Sun 5/23 or Mon 5/24 (2 hours). Can be somewhat flexible around your schedule.
SHOOT DATES: Tue 5/25 - Sat 5/29. You’d work 1-2 days (10 hours each) during this range. You must be able to clear your entire schedule for the dates you are hired for. Dates will be determined by the employer and we cannot accommodate schedule constraints.
Your schedule should be flexible enough to clear an entire day with only a few days’ notice. Please do not request work off or clear your schedule unless requested to do so. We will notify you via email when a casting decision has been reached.
PAY IF HIRED:
$1500 for one day of work. Includes your hours for (1) 10-hour shoot day, (1) 2-hour fitting, and the use of your image by the advertiser
Additional $500 if you are needed for a second shoot day.
Travel: Mileage reimbursement available for OR/WA residents who live outside the Portland area).
Talent agents: 20% agency fee available on all rates.
USAGE/LENGTH: Full buyout in perpetuity.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18+, live in Oregon or Washington. Must be legally eligible to work in the US and able to provide I-9 documentation for payroll. Must comply with all COVID19 protocols.
COVID19 CONSIDERATIONS: Please only apply if you would feel safe working during COVID19 given the information below.
The casting process will be 100% remote. There will be no in-person auditions or callbacks.
All cast + crew will be tested for COVID19 before the shoot (at no cost to you). Hiring is contingent upon negative test results.
Production will follow all AICP guidelines, and a COVID Compliance Officer will be present at all times.
You will need to remove your mask for makeup + filming. You may be cast in a group scene with up to 4 talent. Groups may include 2-3 people outside your COVID19 pod. Please consider this carefully before applying.

3-4 Portfolio Photos / Snapshots
If you’re not a model: any nice snapshots of you taken by others (not selfies). Any kind of outfit.
Agency talent: images from your modeling portfolio. Business casual attire preferred
Full Body Photo
Business Casual Attire Preferred (slacks, blazer, etc) if possible. Otherwise, any outfit is fine.
Hand Photos
lease reference the examples below and take (4) photos of your hands, from elbow to fingertips. Make sure your skin tone is accurate.

NEXT STEPS: If you are selected for further consideration, we will reach out to you with next steps. You will most likely be asked to record a short video telling us more about yourself. Please note that if you are not selected, you will not receive a notice.
Non-Disclosure Agreement: By applying for this project, you agree not to mention your involvement in the project, nor disclose to outside parties any details regarding the advertiser, product, or shoot that may be shared during the casting process. Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.
