WHO WE NEED
We need people age 18-26 with interesting hobbies, skills, or passions for a photoshoot for HP.
Some hobby examples include (but are not limited to):

Anything else that you love spending your free time doing! Please note we are focusing on hobbies beyond acting + modeling for this project, so please showcase something else!
You must be 18+, live in Oregon or Washington and either be fully vaccinated (or willing to take a PCR test).
No professional acting/modeling experience is needed to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction.

PROJECT INFORMATION
ADVERTISER: HP
TYPE: Commercial photoshoot
UNION STATUS: Non-union (SAG talent welcome to submit for stills projects)
SHOOT LOCATION: Portland, OR area - must live within 1 hour of Portland.
The shoot will take place in your own home. People who live with parents or roommates are great as long as your housemates would agree to the shoot. We will not hire talent who would need to fly in for the shoot.
PROJECT DATES: In order to apply, you must be generally available for all dates listed. Partial conflicts are okay but do not apply if you will be out of town, etc. for more than one shoot date.
TECH SCOUT: Thu 7/14 (2 hours, TBD). A visit to your home.
FITTING DATE: Fri 7/15 (2 hours, TBD)
SHOOT DATES: Mon 7/18-Thu 7/21 (one 10-hour day, TBD)
You should be able to make yourself available for any of these dates as needed.
Please do not apply if you have immovable conflicts and could not attend all project dates. Please do not request work off or clear your schedule unless requested to do so via email (we will give you as much notice as possible).
PAY IF HIRED:
$4150 total, includes all of the hours listed above (10-hour shoot day, 1 tech scout, 1 wardrobe fitting, and covid testing time), plus the use of your image by the advertiser.
OPTION for an additional $2500-6500 total available, if the client decides to extend the usage terms (not guaranteed).
Pay includes your hours worked and the usage of your image by the advertiser.
Talent agents, +20% available on all rates.
USAGE: Full buyout, in perpetuity.
Represented talent: please see your agent / casting frontier for specific usage terms.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must live iwithin 1 hour of Portland, OR. Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US. Must be vaccinated or willing to take a PCR test.
COVID19 CONSIDERATIONS: The casting process will be 100% remote. There will be no in-person auditions or callbacks. Please only apply if you would feel safe working during COVID19 given the information below. Please note these policies are determined by the production company, who is the official employer.
All crew members are fully vaccinated. Vaccination is not mandatory for talent. Unvaccinated talent must present a negative PCR test result before the shoot.
Note that as on-camera talent, you will sometimes be required to remove your mask, for active photography and makeup application. You may be in a group scene.
HOW TO APPLY
You will need the following materials (cell phone shots are fine).
(1) Headshot This does not have to be a professional photo. Any recent, nice quality photo. No hats, sunglasses, or filters. Color Photo.
(1) Selfie (from today) showing your current hairstyle. Minimal makeup (if any), hair down. No hats, sunglasses, or filters. Color Photo.
(1) Style Photo (full body) showing your personal style/fashion sense
[Optional] (1) Intro Video: 30-60 second video where you speak on camera explaining your hobby and why you love it! You can mention more than one hobby but pick one as your primary focus. This is not required but will help a lot if you have time to make it!
(3) Photos/Videos Representing your hobby Something to visually represent your hobby! These can be existing photos.
Examples include:
Photos/videos of you in action
Shots of your work, etc.
Clips of content you create
(2-3) Home Photos: Bedroom including decor, desk space, etc
(2-3) Home Photos: Common Space dining/living/kitchen/etc
(2-3) Home Photos: Outdoor Space yard/patio/porch, etc
[Optional] (1-3) Additional photos of you showing off your style or from your modeling portfolio
DEADLINE TO APPLY: Rolling
Late submissions accepted on a rolling basis.
Please make sure your home would be available as a shooting location (check with parents/roommates) before submitting. We will arrange the details with your landlord if you don’t own the space, no need to clear it with the owner at this stage.

Large files take several minutes to upload. Do not exit or refresh the page.
We recommend filming on your cell phone so file sizes are smaller and easier to transfer.

Non-Disclosure Agreement: By applying for this project, you agree not to mention your involvement in the project, nor disclose to outside parties any details regarding the advertiser, product, or shoot that may be shared during the casting process. Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.
