WHO WE NEED
We need real families and teens for a photoshoot for Hershey’s.
We’re looking for:
Real Families 2 parents with at least 1 kid ages 6-12. all genders and identities.
Teens ages 13-19 all genders and identities.
We are looking for families to eat s’mores around a campfire in an outdoor setting! We will be casting 1-2 kids per family, but you are welcome to apply with more kids if applicable. If you have kids outside the 6-12 range, you can submit your whole family, as long as there is at least one kid age 6-12 included.
No professional acting/modeling experience is needed to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction.
If you have a talent agent, your agent will submit you for this project, and you will receive an audition notice if selected. Please do not apply through this post.

PROJECT INFORMATION
ADVERTISER: Hershey’s
TYPE: Commercial photoshoot
UNION STATUS: Non-union (SAG talent are eligible)
SHOOT LOCATION: Portland, OR
We are only considering Oregon/Washington based talent only. Lodging/mileage reimbursement is available as needed. We will not hire talent who would need to fly in for the shoot.
SHOOT DATES: Wed 6/15 + Thu 6/16
Please do not apply if you have immovable conflicts and could not attend all project dates. Please do not request work off or clear your schedule unless requested to do so via email (we will give you as much notice as possible).
PAY IF HIRED:
$4,000 per person for 2 days of work.
Mileage/lodging reimbursement available for talent who live more than 100 miles from Portland (within OR/WA only).
Please note the first $1,000 will be paid via payroll directly after the shoot, and the remaining $3,000 will be paid via check in Q4 of 2022.
Talent agents: +20% available on all listed rates.
USAGE TERMS: Pay includes your hours worked and the use of your image by the advertiser, as follows: All media excluding broadcast, in perpetuity.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: You must live in Oregon or Washington to apply. All kids hired must be age 6 or older. and be able to provide a birth certificate or passport for employment permit applications (you do not need to have an existing permit or take any steps to apply. We will walk you through this process if hired).
COVID19 CONSIDERATIONS: The casting process will be 100% remote. There will be no in-person auditions or callbacks. Please only apply if you would feel safe working during COVID19 given the information below. Please note these policies are determined by the production company, who is the official employer.
ALl talent must be fully vaccinated or willing to take a PCR test to be hired.
Note that as on-camera talent, you will sometimes be required to remove your mask, for active photography and makeup application. You may be in a group scene.
HOW TO APPLY
You will need the following materials (cell phone shots are fine).
Real families, please apply as a group with all family members (adults + kids) willing to participate. Teens in your family can also submit individual applications if they are open to being cast without you!
FAMILIES
(3-5) Group Photos: Recent photo of all group members, where we can see your faces clearly! Feel free to include a few selfies.
(1) Individual photo for each group member applying
TEENS
(1) Headshot This does not have to be a professional photo. Any recent, nice quality photo. No hats, sunglasses, or filters. Color Photo.
(1) Selfie (from today) showing your current hairstyle. Minimal makeup (if any), hair down. No hats, sunglasses, or filters. Color Photo.
(1) Full Body Photo Recent photo showing your body type.
(4+) Additional Photos Photos from your acting/modeling portfolio or casual snapshots showing your style/personality.
