WHO WE NEED

We need families, babies, and toddlers for a photo and video shoot for Nuna x Liberty. We’re looking for:

  • Families with 1-2 parents, and 1-2 kids under 2 years old.

  • Babies 0-6 months old (or older babies who are currently less than 24” tall)

  • Toddlers 1-2 year olds who weigh 30lbs or less

No professional acting/modeling experience is needed to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction.

PROJECT INFORMATION

ADVERTISER: Nuna x Liberty

TYPE: Video + Photo

UNION STATUS: Non-union

SHOOT LOCATION: Portland, OR

We are only considering talent who are based in Oregon/Washington and would not need to fly in for the shoot.

SHOOT DATES: Thu 2/8 (all day) with a 1-2 hour wardrobe fitting on Wed 2/7 (2 hours, time TBD)

Please only apply if you can be flexible enough to clear the entire day/evening for any of the shoot date(s) listed, as requested. Do not apply if you will be out of town or if you have immovable conflicts. Please do not clear your schedule after applying, we will request you hold the dates if you are selected. Partial conflicts on the fitting date is fine as long as you have some availability during business hours.

PAY IF HIRED:

  • ADULTS: $2000/day

  • KIDS: $1000/day

  • FITTING: $75/person for up to 2hrs

Pay includes your hours worked and the use of your image by the advertiser as outlined in the usage terms below.

Additional pay of 110% may be available if the client decides to extend the usage for an additional 2 years after the original terms (not guaranteed.)

Mileage/lodging reimbursement is available for talent who live more than 100 miles from Portland (within OR/WA only).

Talent agents: +20% available on all listed rates.

USAGE TERMS: 2 years, global unlimited. Archival rights in perpetuity, posts to client-owned channels (social, website, etc) within the 2 year usage period to be left up indefinitely.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must live in OR/WA and be legally eligible to work in the US. Must comply with all COVID19 protocols. If you have a talent agent, it is mandatory to list your agency on your application.

People of all identities (races, sizes, physical abilities, genders, sexualities, religions, ethnicities, countries of origin, and more) who fall within the given parameters are welcome and encouraged to apply. We are committed to representing authentic diversity across all projects.

  • For stills-only projects: all talent are welcome to submit, regardless of union status.

    For projects with video, the project will be listed as either SAG-AFTRA or Non-Union.

    Non-union video projects: Non-union and Fi-Core talent are eligible (SAG talent should not apply.) Casting does not verify talent’s union status with SAG.

    SAG video projects: All talent are eligible to submit, but if hired must be cleared to work by SAG. This means that before shooting, SAG members may need to resolve unpaid dues. Non-union talent may be required to join the union in order to work (if they have worked on SAG projects in the past)

    If you do not know what this means, you are most likely non-union and can apply to any project.

COVID19 CONSIDERATIONS: No vaccination or testing requirements. Production will follow all local + state guidelines. As on-camera talent, you will be required to remove your mask for active photography and makeup application. You may be in a group scene. The policies are determined by the production company, who is the official employer.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: By applying for this project, you agree not to mention your involvement in the project, nor disclose to outside parties any details regarding the advertiser, product, or shoot that may be shared during the casting process. Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.

OUR PARTNERS: We recognize the brands we work with may not have a perfect history in terms of media representation or other social issues. We are partnering with them in hopes of moving in a thoughtful + conscientious direction.
