WHO WE NEED
We’re looking for Portland area residents for a photo shoot at the new terminal at the Portland International Airport for ZGF Architects.
Families | Families with at least 1 parent and 1 kid. Bigger families are welcome, and grandparents are a bonus!
Couples 18+ | All genders and sexualities.
Individuals 18+ | All identities. We’re especially interested in seniors, disabled people, and trans and/or non-binary people.
No professional acting/modeling experience is needed to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction.
PROJECT INFORMATION
ADVERTISER: ZGF Architects
TYPE: Photoshoot
UNION STATUS: N/A (stills only)
SHOOT LOCATION: Portland, OR. All talent must live in the Portland OR area and work as locals (no travel available)
SHOOT DATES: Thu 8/1 + Fri 8/2
Please only apply if you can be flexible enough to clear the entire day/evening for both shoot dates if booked.
PAY IF HIRED: $500/person for a total of 10-12 hours of work (2 half days.) Schedule to be determined by the producer, we cannot accommodate any conflicts on the shoot dates.
Pay includes your hours worked and the use of your image by the advertiser as outlined in the usage terms below.
Talent agents: +20% available on all listed rates
USAGE TERMS: All media in perpetuity. (Please note, the terminal space will be the feature of this shoot. Talent may be recognizable but are not the primary focus.)
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must be local to Portland, OR and be legally eligible to work in the US. If you have a talent agent, it is mandatory to list your agency on your application.

HOW TO APPLY
Please submit the photos/videos listed below for your audition.
Couples/Families:
Group Photo Showing all group members. Color photo, no filters. No hats/sunglasses. This does not have to be a professional headshot.
Group Video (Introduction) Standing, waist up, 60-90 seconds. Everyone in your group should stand together in front of the camera then answer the following prompt:

Tell us about your air travel plans. Do you have any trips planned? Where would you fly if you had unlimited resources?
3-5 Additional Group Photos Recent photos fo your entire group. Please avoid photos with hats/sunglasses. Seflies are fine if you don’t have many photos together. Please include at least one full body photo.
Individuals
Headshot Color photo, no filters. No hats/sunglasses. This does not have to be a professional headshot.
Video (Introduction) Standing, waist up, 60-90 seconds. Please look directly at the camera, introduce yourself, then answer the following prompt:

3-5 Photos Recent Photos (at least one full body photo) of yourself/your group. Please avoid photos with hats/sunglasses.
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: By applying for this project, you agree not to mention your involvement in the project, nor disclose to outside parties any details regarding the advertiser, product, or shoot that may be shared during the casting process. Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.
