PROJECT INFORMATION

PROJECT TITLE: In The Vault - Season 2

PROJECT TYPE: Web Series

PROJECT SUMMARY:  One month into college, a freshman dies. Was it Murder? Or Suicide?

SHOOT DATES: Aug 6 - Sept 14 (Monday-Friday)

LOCATION: Portland & Forest Grove, OR

PAY:  $12/hour - minimum 4 hours pay guaranteed

WHO WE NEED: Non-speaking extras age 18+

We are casting college students, parents, professors, bartenders, club DJS, security guards, police, partygoers, football players, regular passersby, and more!

Extras help to create the world the main characters live in. We need to fill a college campus (and the surrounding town) with the kinds of folks who would hang out in one!

NOTE: the show contains some violent & sexual content not suitable for children.

REQUIREMENTS & PROCESS

Working as an extra is fun, but it's not for everyone! Please read through the information below and make sure this kind of work is a fit for you!

HIRING PROCESS: When we have a role for you, we will reach out to check your availability for a particular date. Once you confirm your availability, you are expected to hold the date completely open 5am-11pm and await further info. The exact call time, location, and wardrobe instructions are sent to you by email around 8-9pm the night before your shoot. You should set aside some time to pack & prepare, and be ready for an early call time.

FLEXIBILITY, AVAILABILITY, & PATIENCE:  Last-minute changes are the norm in the film industry! You must be able to adapt as needed. If you accept a booking, you should have full availability on the shoot day. We cannot accommodate any conflicts whatsoever. We will NEVER have details on timing, location, or wardrobe until the night before. The best thing to do is say yes, mark your calendar, then hurry up & wait!

TRANSPORTATION:  Most of our filming will be at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, about 45 minutes from central Portland. You must have reliable transportation in order to participate!

PAYROLL DOCUMENTS: You will be paid via payroll, and must be prepared to bring employment documentation (driver's license & social security card, or passport) to set with you.

WARDROBE: You are expected to bring your own wardrobe options with you, according to the notes provided.

ON-SET ETIQUETTE: You will be working on a professional film set, and must agree to act professionally at all times. Treat this like any other job!
