WHO WE NEED
We need talent for a video shoot for Nike. We’re looking for the following:
Please note, the roles below are open to people of all genders who prefer to wear women’s athletic apparel.
Stylish Friends 18+ | Group of two women who each have a strong sense of personal style.
Women’s Soccer Players 18+ | Women with at least 2 years experience playing on soccer teams. We’re especially interested in people who played in college and/or currently play on rec teams.
Plus Size Women 18+ | People who wear a size 1X sports bra or larger, from all fitness backgrounds.
Active Women 18+ | Women who are trying to prioritize staying fit (all skill levels). We’re especially interested in moms with young kids, busy professionals, and people with a strong sense of personal style.
Active Girls Ages 7-12 | Girls who love to stay active and have lots of energy. We’re especially interested in girls who enjoy running.
The following roles are open to all genders:
Beginner / Intermediate Runners 18+ | People who are just starting (or getting back into) running and are hoping to start running more.
Advanced Runners 18+ | Experienced runners who run at least 4 times per week. We’re especially interested in daily runners and/or people training for races.
No professional acting/modeling experience is needed to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction.

SHOOT LOCATION: Portland, OR area
We are only considering talent who are based in Oregon/Washington and would not need to fly in for the shoot.
SHOOT DATES: Thu 3/21 - Fri 3/29 (1 day, TBD; no weekends)
Please only apply if you can be flexible enough to clear the entire day/evening for any of the shoot date(s) listed, as requested. Do not apply if you will be out of town or if you have immovable conflicts. Please do not clear your schedule after applying, we will request you to hold the dates if you are selected.
PAY IF HIRED:
PRINCIPALS:$125/hr (5 hours minimum)
EXTRAS: $300/day (8 hours) PDX locals only, no travel.
Potential additional pay of $2000 may be available if the client decides to extend the usage after the original terms (at client’s discretion, not guaranteed.)
Pay includes your hours worked and the use of your image by the advertiser as follows: Internal only. Worldwide/perpetuity for internal use, with the option to upgrade to 2 year usage for advertising (per client.)
Mileage/lodging reimbursement available for talent who live more than 100 miles from Portland (within OR/WA only.)
Talent agents: +20% available on all listed rates.
NCAA ATHLETES: If you play NCAA sports you can only be hired if you are represented by a modeling agency. Minors who are unrepresented must be willing to sign an NCAA waiver.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18+ and based in OR/WA, and be legally eligible to work in the US. Must comply with all COVID19 protocols. If you have a talent agent, it is mandatory to list your agency on your application.

COVID19 CONSIDERATIONS: No vaccination requirement. Production will follow all state + local guidelines. As on-camera talent, you will be required to remove your mask for active photography and makeup application. You may be in a group scene. The policies are determined by the production company, who is the official employer.

Stills only projects: all talent are welcome to submit, regardless of union status.
For video projects, the project will be listed as either SAG-AFTRA or Non-Union.
Non-union projects: Non-union and Fi-Core talent are eligible (SAG talent should not apply.) Casting does not verify talent’s union status with SAG.
SAG projects: All talent are eligible to submit, but if hired must be cleared to work by SAG. This means that before shooting, SAG members may need to resolve unpaid dues, and non-union talent may be required to join the union in order to work.
If you do not know what this means, you are most likely non-union and can apply to any project.
HOW TO APPLY
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: By applying for this project, you agree not to mention your involvement in the project, nor disclose to outside parties any details regarding the advertiser, product, or shoot that may be shared during the casting process. Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.
