WHO WE NEED
We need runners for a video + photo shoot for Hoka. We’re looking for:
Para Athletes / Blade Runners 18+ | Para athletes, especially amputees who use a running blade or other prosthetics. Serious runners who run at least 10 miles/week. Road or trail runner. Open to para athletes with other disabilities and/or limb differences.
Ultra Road Runners 18+ | Road runners who regularly compete in marathons/ultras or other long-distance road running events. Ideally people who run 35+ miles a week during peak training.
Ultra Trail Runners 18+ | Trail runners who regularly compete in trail races and are comfortable running on a variety of challenging terrains and altitudes. Ideally people who run 35+ miles a week during peak training.
Serious Runners 18+ | People who are passionate about running, participate in run clubs. Ideally, people who run 20+ miles a week and are working towards big goals (marathon, etc.)
No professional acting/modeling experience is needed to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction.
PROJECT INFORMATION
ADVERTISER: Hoka
TYPE: Video + Stills
UNION STATUS: Non-Union
SHOOT LOCATION: Tenerife, Spain
TRAVEL: The production company will provide economy flight and hotel accommodation. Talent must have a valid passport (any country).
SHOOT DATES: Sat, Feb 15-Thu, Feb 27. You may need to be on location for up to 10-12 days (including travel/down days), depending on where you are traveling from.
PAY IF HIRED: $12-15K depending on the exact number of shoot + travel days you will be needed for.
Usage: $10,000 (guaranteed)
Shoot Days: $500/day (1-6 days, TBD)
Travel/Down Days: $250/day (3-9 days, TBD)
Pay includes your hours worked and the use of your image by the advertiser as outlined in the usage terms below.
Additional pay of $5,000-$7,000 may be available if the client decides to extend the usage after the original terms, or add additional media usage (not guaranteed.)
Talent agents: +20% available on all listed rates.
USAGE TERMS: 1 year, All media excluding TV broadcast.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18+ and have a valid passport (from any country)

For photo-only projects: All talent are welcome to submit, regardless of union status.
For projects with video, the project will be listed as either SAG-AFTRA or Non-Union.
For non-union video projects: Non-union and Fi-Core talent are eligible (SAG talent should not apply.) Casting does not verify talent’s union status with SAG.
For SAG video projects: All talent are eligible to submit, but must be cleared to work by SAG if hired. This means that before shooting, SAG members may need to resolve unpaid dues. Non-union talent may be required to join the union in order to work (if they have worked on SAG projects in the past.)
If you do not know what this means, you are most likely non-union and can apply to any project.
