WHO WE NEED
We need runners and hikers for a stills + video shoot for HOKA. We’re looking for:
Kid Hikers Under 13 | Active kids who love being outdoors (climbing trees, hiking, etc).
Kid/Parent Hiking Pairs | Kids under 13 who enjoy being in nature (forest, trails, etc) with a parent. Please submit a separate submission per pair you would like considered.
Adult Runners 18+ | People with good running form and a passion for running.
Kid Runners Under 13 | Kids who enjoy running regularly.
Kid/Parent Running Pairs | Kids under 13 who enjoy running with a parent. Please submit a separate submission per pair you would like considered.
No professional acting/modeling experience is needed to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction.
PROJECT INFORMATION
ADVERTISER: HOKA
TYPE: Stills + Video
UNION STATUS: Non-Union
SHOOT LOCATION: Seattle, WA (Oregon/Washington locals only).
SHOOT DATES: Wed 7/24 - Sun 7/28, (1-2 days, TBD), with a wardrobe fitting on Tue 7/23.
Please do not apply if you cannot clear your schedule for any of the shoot dates, as needed.
PAY IF HIRED:
Adults: $3800 for one day of work, plus additional pay if applicable (see below).
Kids (under 13): $2500 for one day of work, plus additional pay if applicable (see below).
Possible Additional Pay:
Additional Shoot Day: $800/day for adults, $500/day for kids (if needed)
Wardrobe fitting: $200 for adults, $150 for kids (if needed)
Video Usage: $1,000 for adults, $750 for kids (if you are used for video shots, per client's discretion.)
Pay includes your hours worked and the use of your image by the advertiser as outlined in the usage terms below.
A travel stipend is available if you live in Washington/Oregon but need to drive more than 100 miles to the shoot.
Talent agents: +20% available on all listed rates
USAGE TERMS: 1 year photography usage (all media excluding billboards). 3 years video use (excludes broadcast/streaming). Archival rights in perpetuity for internal and archival use.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must live in Washington or Oregon and be legally eligible to work in the US. If you have a talent agent, it is mandatory to list your agency on your application.

For photo-only projects: All talent are welcome to submit, regardless of union status.
For projects with video, the project will be listed as either SAG-AFTRA or Non-Union.
For non-union video projects: Non-union and Fi-Core talent are eligible (SAG talent should not apply.) Casting does not verify talent’s union status with SAG.
For SAG video projects: All talent are eligible to submit, but must be cleared to work by SAG if hired. This means that before shooting, SAG members may need to resolve unpaid dues. Non-union talent may be required to join the union in order to work (if they have worked on SAG projects in the past.)
If you do not know what this means, you are most likely non-union and can apply to any project.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: By applying for this project, you agree not to mention your involvement in the project, nor disclose to outside parties any details regarding the advertiser, product, or shoot that may be shared during the casting process. Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.
