WHO WE NEED
We need people who live in the San Francisco Bay Area for a photoshoot for Ankrom Moisan. We’re looking for:
Individuals 18+ | Especially people who have well-behaved dogs they could bring to set (not required.)
Disabled or Deaf and/or Hard of Hearing People 18+ | People who identify as disabled, deaf, deafblind, or hard of hearing.
No professional acting/modeling experience is needed to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction. All identities welcome!

UNION STATUS: Non-Union
SHOOT LOCATION: Menlo Park, CA
We are only considering talent who live within 2 hours of Menlo Park (between San Francisco, and San Jose, CA) and would not need to fly in for the shoot.
SHOOT DATES: Tue 8/29 - Wed 8/30 (1-2 days, TBD)
PAY IF HIRED:
$50/hr per person (4-10 hours per day, TBD) for non-disabled individuals.
Pets: $100/day per dog
Disabled/DHOH Talent: $100/hour (4-10 hours per day, TBD). We acknowledge there are additional barriers and costs associated with employment for this community, and the client is providing a higher rate to make the opportunity more equitable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: These projects can be cancelled at the last minute. If you are booked and the shoot cancels within 1 week of your work date, you will receive 50% payment. If the shoot is cancelled within 24 hours of your work date, you will receive 100% payment.
TRAVEL: No mileage/lodging reimbursement available, all talent must work as locals to the shoot location.
Pay includes your hours worked and the use of your image by the advertiser as outlined in the usage terms below.
Talent agents: +20% available on all talent rates
USAGE TERMS: Full buyout in perpetuity (planned usage is for marketing, social media, client website, and occasional print.)
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18+ and live in California, and be legally eligible to work in the US. Must comply with all COVID19 protocols. If you have a talent agent, it is mandatory to list your agency on your application.

HOW TO APPLY
You will need the following materials (cell phone photos/videos are fine).
Please prepare the following for your submission:
(1) Headshot This does not have to be a professional photo. Any recent, nice quality photo. No hats, sunglasses, or filters. Color Photo.
(1) Selfie (from today) showing your current hairstyle. Minimal makeup (if any), hair down. No hats, sunglasses, or filters. Color Photo.
(1) Full Body Photo Recent photo showing your body type.
(2-5) Additional photos of you Recent photos of yourself (candids and/or from your modeling portfolio).
Optional (1) Photo of your DOG If you have a well-behaved dog who could join you for the shoot, please include a photo!
If you have a talent agent, it is mandatory to list your agency on your application. Please make sure your agency is up to date on your profile.
NEXT STEPS: If you are selected for further consideration, we will reach out to you with the next steps. Please note that if you are not selected, you may not receive a notice. We do our best to inform talent who are not selected, but this often happens very close to (or after) the listed shoot dates. Please do not clear your schedule unless requested, and assume you are not needed unless you hear from us.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: By applying for this project, you agree not to mention your involvement in the project, nor disclose to outside parties any details regarding the advertiser, product, or shoot that may be shared during the casting process. Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.
