INSTRUCTIONS
Each applicant should choose one role to apply for. Do not submit for multiple roles.
Please only apply for the outdoor enthusiast role if you don’t fit any of the other roles listed.

Video #1 Standing, waist up, 1-2 minutes. Please look directly at the camera and answer the following questions:
Tell us about the first time you achieved a specific goal skiing/snowboarding (a specific jump, a difficult backcountry run, etc.) How long were you working on it, how did it feel to succeed? Was there anything particular that helped you achieve success? What is the next challenge you’re working on?

Tell us about the first time you went skiing or snowboarding, including the moments of getting off the chairlift, going down a real slope, etc. How did you feel? What helped you stay motivated to keep learning? What are your goals for the future?

Tell us a story about one of your first big experiences being outside and enjoying nature. This can be a story about hiking, climbing trees, skiing, riding a bike, etc. Who were you with? How did you feel? Did it make you want to do more activities outside? Why do you love being outside?

GENERAL GUIDELINES (Please Review)
SLATE: We do not need a slate for this project. Please do not slate (i.e say your name/agency/etc) at the beginning of your takes.
WARDROBE/HAIR/MAKEUP: No hats. No glasses, if possible. Makeup should be light/natural, if any. Casual hairstyle. Please do not wear stripes, neon colors, or busy patterns.
BACKDROP: Please choose a neutral background in a light color. It doesn’t have to be a professional backdrop (a wall is fine), but it should be free of clutter. Please avoid green + blue screens. Grey or white are best.
VIDEO EDITING: None. Record separate clips for each take. Do not add any text to the videos. Do not add a title card. Do not combine clips into a single video. Recording on your cell phone is great.
