INSTRUCTIONS

Please prepare the photos/videos listed for your role. You will need 1 headshot, 3 videos, and 3 photos for your audition.

  • Headshot Color Photo. No hats, sunglasses, or filters. This does not have to be a professional photo. Any recent, nice quality photo.

  • Video 1: Intro Standing, waist up, 1-2 minutes. Please look directly at the camera and answer the questions listed for your role.

  • Elite Distance Runner: How many miles/week do you typically run, and what races/events are you currently training for? Tell us about a few recent races and/or running accomplishments. What does running mean to you?

  • Trail Runners: How many miles/week do you typically run, and what races/events are you currently training for? Please share your experiences running at elevation and difficult terrain 

  • Trail Runners w/Dogs How many miles/week do you typically run, and what races/events are you currently training for? How long have you been running with your dog and how many miles can your dog run? Do they use a leash/what commands do they know? Why do you love running together?

  • Serious Runner: How long have you been running and how many miles/week do you typically run? Have you completed any events/races? What is a big running goal you’re working toward right now? What does running mean to you?

  • Runner with Disabilities: How many miles/week do you typically run, and what races/events are you currently training for? Do you use any adaptive equipment (prosthetics, wheelchair, etc) to run? Have you ever competed in para athletic events? What does running mean to you?

  • Plus-Sized Runner: How long have you been running and how many miles/week do you typically run? Have you completed any events/races? What is a big running goal you’re working toward right now? What does running mean to you?

  • Video 2: Running Form Video to demonstrate your form. Instructions are the same for all roles, please follow directions carefully.

  • Instructions: Please run across the frame, parallel to camera, so we can see your full profile. Your whole body should be visible. You will run across the camera 4 times total.

    • Run (at a comfortable pace) across the camera from left to right, then turn around and run back (at least 15 seconds on each side)

    • Run (at a faster pace) across the camera from left to right, then turn around and run back (at least 15 seconds on each side)

    Video Guidelines:

    • This should be a new videos (not from a race or a past shoot).

    • Please run on a road, trail, or track (do not run on grass or treadmills.) Only the person auditioning should be in the frame.

    • We must be able to see your full body from head to toe. Please do not record from far away - the camera should be close enough to see your facial expression. If possible, please have someone else record the video so they can move the camera to keep you in frame as you run.

    • Wardrobe: Please wear fitted running gear so we can see your physique clearly. Long hair should be pulled back and makeup should be light/natural, if any.

  • Video 3: Real Life Running Video:

  • Distance Runners: Video of you running during a race/event

  • Trail Runners: Video of you trail running (with your dog if applicable)

  • Disabled Runners/Serious Runners /Plus-Size Runners: Video from a race/event if available. If you don’t have anything available, you can submit a second running form video, where you run from front/back (towards and away from camera) instead of a side view.

  • Running Photos: 3 photos of you running, ideally from races/events or from past photo/video shoots.

Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.
